  • What are the prices ?

  • What are the rental terms?
    On the day of your rental we will need an ID in the name of the reservation. Payment, deposit and signature of the contract are made online when booking.
  • How does the bank imprint appear on my statement or my banking app?
    Typically, the bank imprint does not appear as a visible transaction on a bank statement or banking apps. However, some banks record the bank imprint as a debit. In this case, a debit may be visible on your bank statement. Each bank makes its own display and communication choices, and we unfortunately have no control over it when it decides to show it as a debit. If this is the case: don't panic, it's only temporary → you will be given a credit once the rental is over and the equipment has been checked! 🤓 It is important to consult your bank's terms and conditions to find out how the bank imprint is used and stored. You can contact your bank advisor to check this with them. Ex: Crédit Agricole displays the bank imprint for the deposit as a debit before a new credit once the sum is available again.   • Can we cancel our reservation in case of bad weather?
    In the event of bad weather conditions preventing the boat trip, we will offer you another date or a refund of your rental.
  • From what age are children accepted?
    We accept children from 2 years old. Appropriate life jackets will be provided.
  • Does a child count as a passenger?
    Yes, regardless of the age of the child, it counts as a passenger.
  • Are life jackets compulsory?
    Yes, but you don't have to wear them! They are in a safe on the boat if needed.
  • What is the autonomy of the boats?
    The autonomy of our boats is several hours to ensure worry-free navigation for a full day, and the solar panels on the roof of the boat allow you to extend the rental until sunset!
  • Are dogs accepted?
    Your doggies are welcome on board, even the biggest ones!
  • Can we bring a picnic on the boat?
    Of course! It is even recommended. The sundeck at the front of the boat can be transformed into a table so that you can have lunch on board comfortably.
  • Is there a cooler or fridge on board?
    No, but you can bring your cooler and store it on the boat.
  • Can we stop to swim?
    Yes! You can drop anchor and enjoy a safe swim around the boat. A swim ladder will allow you to descend and ascend easily.
  • How many seats on board?
    Our boats can accommodate up to 7 people but you can of course rent it even alone or in pairs.
  • Can we bring fishing rods?
    Yes! You can bring your fishing gear, just watch out for the wire in the propeller ;-)
  • Are the boats going fast?
    No! Are you in a hurry? :) Our boats sail peacefully, silently and in zero-emission mode... You will have time to enjoy the promenade and the view to reach magnificent spots to drop anchor less than 30 minutes from the port of departure.
